Mr & Mrs Zoratti chose their Rydon home because of the characterful design that contains a vaulted ceiling and generous levels of space. By reserving early they tell us how they were able to customise several elements to ideally suit their lifestyle needs.
“We were first aware of the new homes at Laytonfields from the initial planning application in the village. We knew we wanted to move, but only to another property in Hurstpierpoint, and we were quite clear what our requirements were from a new home.
Unusually the development included a number of single storey homes, which was what we were looking for. We visited the offsite showhome and quality of the finish impressed us, but what really won us over was the interior specification featuring a vaulted ceiling in the living room. It gives the impression of space and open plan living, but without the need to have a much larger home. It’s a real focal point for the property. It also has the added benefit of a double garage, another plus point for us.
This specification and character was something we just did not see in other properties we viewed.
As we reserved early, Rydon Homes enabled us to make some quite big changes to the layout of the property before our home was constructed including the moving of internal walls. This has meant we have been able to have an island unit installed in our Stoneham kitchen, which we chose when we visited their showroom, as well as a larger shower installed in the ensuite bathroom. Stephanie and James at Rydon Homes have been great, personally ensuring that has happened.
Rydon Homes have ensured that the important things are right throughout the purchasing process. We’re very much looking forward to enjoying our new home.”
