Rydon Homes Site Manager, James Murphy, and his team have been judged amongst the best in the country having secured a NHBC Pride in the job Award for the new homes development in Bethersden.
Running for 35 years, Pride in the Job is dedicated to recognising site managers who achieve the highest standards in house-building and is one of the industry's most prestigious award programmes.
James Chase, the Production Director at Rydon Homes commented;
"This is a real testament to James’ hard work and commitment in ensuring Rydon Homes remain a quality developer. The site looks amazing and has been delivered in a very challenging market.”
James will now go through to the next stage and will compete for the NHBC’s Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards which will be announced later in the year.
