When they reserved one of the new Rydon homes at Eden Chase in Edenbridge recently, it was something of a record for the Rydon sales team though: it was the fourth time the Burns family had bought a new home from the company!

"We were very happy with our new Rydon home and after we'd been living there for a few months, the sales team released another couple of three-bedroom houses. The housing market was good at the time so we made an offer and, as a family, bought two more houses. One of my sons bought one to live in, whilst the other son bought one as an investment which he later sold."
