Customer Satisfaction

The latest surveys carried out by Inhouse Research, an independent specialist research firm which measures customer satisfaction for a large number of leading housebuilders, has put Rydon Homes at the top of their Q3, 2008 customer satisfaction table.

When the benchmark scores of 19 of the UK’s leading housebuilders and property developers were compared, Rydon achieved a score of 88%, putting the company at the top of the table! Although the sample was relatively small, from a total of twenty purchasers, it still demonstrates consistently high levels of satisfaction across a variety of sites.

The survey of leading competitors included well known names like Berkeley Homes, Kier Residential, Cala, Galliford Try and Redrow Homes.Rydon achieved outstanding results in several categories, particularly in making customers feel special and ensuring that the new properties were ‘sparkling clean’ on the day of handover. When asked whether they would recommend Rydon to their friends and family, more than 95% of buyers confirmed that they would do so – and in the last three months, 10% of all customers have actually bought because a friend recommended Rydon!
