  Showhome License * With our showhome scheme, you buy one of our showhomes and upon legal completion, we then rent it back from you.
  
  You have a guaranteed tenant for a rental time between us which may be 3 months or longer and an inflated monthly rental is agreed. You do not occupy the property until such time as the rental period has finished. During the rental period, the property is fully maintained by us.   The Rydon Assist scheme operates in the following way:
  
  • Select the plot of your choice
  • Pay the standard reservation fee (fully refundable)
  • If your property is not already on the market, we will assist you in arranging valuations by local estate agents who will value your property
  • The plot will be held for a set period of time, normally 4 weeks whilst your property is being marketed.
  • If your property goes under offer during 4 weeks, the reservation transfers to a full reservation and only then will solicitors be instructed.
  • If, after 4 weeks, your property remains unsold, the plot maybe held for a longer period of time. Alternatively, at any time your reservation fee can be refunded in full.
