Showhome License * With our showhome scheme, you buy one of our showhomes and upon legal completion, we then rent it back from you.
You have a guaranteed tenant for a rental time between us which may be 3 months or longer and an inflated monthly rental is agreed. You do not occupy the property until such time as the rental period has finished. During the rental period, the property is fully maintained by us. The payment of any management charges are covered by us during the rental period.

The Rydon Assist scheme operates in the following way:
- Select the plot of your choice
- Pay the standard reservation fee (fully refundable)
- If your property is not already on the market, we will assist you in arranging valuations by local estate agents who will value your property
- The plot will be held for a set period of time, normally 4 weeks whilst your property is being marketed.
- If your property goes under offer during 4 weeks, the reservation transfers to a full reservation and only then will solicitors be instructed.
- If, after 4 weeks, your property remains unsold, the plot maybe held for a longer period of time. Alternatively, at any time your reservation fee can be refunded in full.
2 Year Warranty * All our customers will enjoy peace of mind when they purchase one of our properties. We provide our own 2 year warranty over and above the usual NHBC standard.
The warranty covers:
- Kitchen Units
- Appliances
- Sanitaryware, taps and shower doors
- Wardrobes
- External and internal doors
- Ironmongery
- Windows
- Hot and cold plumbing system
- Central heating system (plus fires if fitted)
- Electrical system
- Internal/external drainage
- Boundary brick walls
- 24 hour emergency cover for 2 years
Warranty exclusions: - Fences
- Garden landscaping
- Carpets and floor coverings
- Wear and tear
- Failure to maintain
- Your own alterations
- Wilful damage
Customer Recommendation Voucher * If you are a Rydon Homes homeowner and you introduce a purchaser to us on any Rydon Homes development, we will pay you £500, on legal completion, for the introduction.
This promotion is not available to anyone who is employed by the Rydon Group of companies and cannot be used by any purchaser already registered on the Rydon mailing list. We will also pay £500 to the new purchaser on legal completion. The company reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
