The latest surveys carried out by an independent research company put Rydon Homes at the top of the customer satisfaction ‘league!’

When the benchmark scores of 20 of the UK’s leading housebuilders and property developers were compared, Rydon achieved a score of almost 89%, putting the company at the top of the table!

Rydon achieved outstanding results, particularly in making customers feel special, providing homes that offered excellent value for money and ensuring that the new properties were ‘sparkling clean’ on the day of handover.  When asked whether they would recommend Rydon to their friends and family, more than 95% of buyers confirmed that they would do so – and in the last three months, 10% of all customers have actually bought because a friend recommended Rydon!
