Over the last few months, the sales team at Rydon Homes has received plenty of enquiries regarding the company’s latest development, Heatherview in Crowborough. In fact, the response has been so good that the sales team opened the marketing suite to provide prospective home buyers with a preview of the development plans! Until now, however, there hasn’t been any advertising or active marketing and the development has remained something of a ‘local secret.’

On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September, this is set to change when Rydon Homes launches the first phase of three and four-bedroom homes and opens the new show home to the public.

Both the Rydon Homes’ team and selling agents, Wood and Pilcher, are expecting prospective purchasers to travel from Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Heathfield to Crowborough; a popular residential area and an excellent location for commuters.

“Although Rydon Homes hasn’t built any new developments in Crowborough for some time, the company still has an excellent reputation and it’s good to be able to welcome them back to the area,” comments Simon Ellis of Wood and Pilcher.  “High quality developments in excellent locations are still achieving sales, despite media reports on the property market. Heatherview is the only significantly-sized new development currently under construction in Crowborough and is well placed for everything that the town has to offer, so we’re anticipating an excellent response to the launch.”
