MyChoiceHomeBuy is a new government-funded home ownership scheme which aims to help those earning between £20,000 and £60,000 per annum who cannot afford to buy a suitable home in the area where they live or work. If MyChoiceHomeBuy isn’t for you, then Rydon is offering SmartBuy, which allows you to buy a new home for 80% of the purchase price with the remaining 20% payable in ten years or when you sell the property – through SmartBuy, you could own a home at Merchants Mews for just under £240,000.
