A secondary school or college with a good reputation can have a profound effect on the local property market. Students at Uckfield Community College achieved a 100% pass rate at A Level with no fewer than 30% of all entries achieving a grade A and 21 students achieving straight A grades.  The College itself was judged ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.
